TAXONOMY
Taksonomi Yöntemi - Wrocław Taksonomik Gelişim Ölçüsü
Taksonomik mesafe bileşik endeksi (z-skoru + Öklid ideal noktası)
Formül adımları
Analiz motorunun yöntem bildirimindeki (manifest F.steps) adımlar; raporlardaki formüllerle aynı kaynaktır.
-
Adım 1 — Z-skor standardizasyonu. Maliyet kriterleri standardizasyondan sonra negatifleştirilir, böylece yüksek z her zaman daha iyi anlamına gelir.
LaTeX
z_{ij} = \frac{x_{ij} - \bar{x}_{j}}{s_{j}} \text{ (benefit)};\quad z_{ij} = -\frac{x_{ij} - \bar{x}_{j}}{s_{j}} \text{ (cost)} -
Adım 2 — Referans nesne (ideal) z⁺_j = tüm j için max_i z_ij'yi tanımla (maliyet negatifleştirme sonrası).
LaTeX
z_{j}^{+} = \max_{i}\,z_{ij} \quad \forall j -
Adım 3 — Her alternatiften ideale Öklid uzaklığı c_i'yi hesapla.
LaTeX
c_{i} = \sqrt{\sum_{j=1}^{n}(z_{ij} - z_{j}^{+})^{2}} -
Adım 4 — Gelişim ölçüsü d_i = 1 − c_i / c⁰'yı hesapla; c⁰ = c̄ + 2s_c. Azalan sıralama.
LaTeX
\bar{c}=\frac{1}{m}\sum_{i}c_{i},\;s_{c}=\sqrt{\frac{1}{m}\sum_{i}(c_{i}-\bar{c})^{2}},\;c^{0}=\bar{c}+2s_{c};\quad d_{i}=1-\frac{c_{i}}{c^{0}}

Sezgi
Taxonomic distance composite index (z-score + Euclidean ideal). Output typically utility (higher value = preferred).
Sonucu okuma: d_i ∈ (−∞,1]. Higher d means closer to the ideal reference object. The Taxonomy method and Hellwig's method share the same algorithm; the key difference is historical context - Taxonomy originates in 1951 Wrocław School of Mathematics, Hellwig applied it to socio-economic development measurement in 1968.
Varsayımlar
- Criteria preferences are independent (no synergistic interactions)
- Compensation is acceptable: high score on one criterion can offset low on another
- Decision matrix is complete (no missing values)
Ne zaman kullanılmaz
- Criteria strongly correlated → consider DEMATEL/ANP for interdependence
- Non-compensatory preferences → consider outranking (ELECTRE/PROMETHEE)
Sınırlılıklar
- Assumes: Criteria preferences are independent (no synergistic interactions)
- Assumes: Compensation is acceptable: high score on one criterion can offset low on another
- Assumes: Decision matrix is complete (no missing values)
Sık yapılan hatalar
- Sabit kriter: standart sapma = 0, z-skor tanımsız - E-2'yi kontrol edin.
Hesap adımları ve dayanakları
-
Z-score standardisation. Cost criteria are negated after standardisation so higher z always means better.
Dayanak: Hellwig 1968, p.310 (extension of Wrocław taxonomy)
-
Define reference object (ideal) z⁺_j = max_i z_ij for all j (after negation of cost).
Dayanak: Hellwig 1968, p.311
-
Compute Euclidean distance c_i from each alternative to the ideal.
Dayanak: Hellwig 1968, p.311
